About Us

EOK Corporation was incorporated in 2010 to capitalize on the growing demand for contemporary décor and seasonal gifting in the Indian institutional sales market. By 2012, the company had established a strong presence in this arena. However, customer demand began to diversify, with significant interest emerging for sporting goods as companies increasingly invested in outdoor team-building activities.

Our first major project in this new segment involved providing footwear, apparel, and equipment for a six-day corporate cricket tournament. This led us to establish contact with the Adidas corporate office in India, marking the beginning of our journey into the sporting goods industry. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio to include products from various renowned brands such as Vans, Converse, Fila, Levi's, and Jansport, consistently meeting the evolving demands of our customers.

Our entry into FMCG distribution began in 2015, driven by market opportunities and our expanding distribution capabilities. We identified a synergy between our existing logistics network and the high-volume nature of fast-moving consumer goods. This diversification allowed us to further leverage our operational strengths and cater to an even broader consumer base.

Our e-commerce journey commenced in 2020. While our team had been considering entering the booming online sales market for some time, the onset of the pandemic significantly impacted institutional sales as "work from home" became the norm. This shift accelerated our online strategy, and by selling on platforms like Myntra and Amazon, we successfully substituted revenue lost from the decline in institutional demand. This expansion diversified our reach, allowing us to connect with individual consumers directly.

Currently, we are actively seeking to add more brands to our portfolio, as demand from both our institutional clients and online sales continues to rise across FMCG, footwear, apparel, and fitness brands. We are poised for continued growth, building on our strong foundation and adaptable business model.
